Detailed Itinerary.
Day 1: Arrive in Rwanda – Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Your driver-guide will meet and greet you at the Kigali International Airport. Your driver-guide may suggest a tour of Kigali city, which includes the Genocide Memorial Centre at Gisozi, based on your arrival time. Go to Kinigi, which is located in the volcanoes’ foothills.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience – Return to Kigali.
Following breakfast, you will go to the Park’s headquarters, where your driver-guide will take care of all the paperwork. After meeting your ranger guide(s), you will receive a briefing regarding the most amazing animal encounter ever! On your Rwandan gorilla trekking excursion, you will first be assigned to a gorilla troop before heading into the jungle. There is a driver-guide waiting for you. After your trek, have lunch at Ruhengeri before making your way to Kigali International Airport to catch your journey home.
