Detailed Itinerary.
Day 1: Arrive in Rwanda – Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
Meet and greet with your driver-guide at the Kigali International Airport. Depending on when you arrive, your driver-guide can suggest that you take a tour of Kigali, which includes a stop at the Genocide Memorial Centre at Gisozi. Proceed to Kinigi, located in the volcanoes’ foothills.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience
Following breakfast, you will go to the Park’s headquarters, where your driver-guide will take care of all the paperwork. After meeting your ranger guide(s), you will receive a briefing regarding the most amazing animal encounter ever! On your Rwandan gorilla trekking excursion, you will first be assigned to a gorilla troop before heading into the jungle. Afternoon, go on a community stroll with the Banyarwanda people to learn more about their distinctive culture and to enjoy their many performances.

Day 3: Second Day of Gorilla Trekking – Return to Kigali
Your second gorilla expedition in Rwanda’s Volcanoes National Park begins today. Take part once more in the fulfilling gorilla safari experience. Transfer to Kigali and have lunch in Ruhengeri after the second gorilla trekking experience. There will be multiple breaks along the way to Kigali to take in the beautiful surroundings. The nation of Rwanda is home to thousands of hills.

Day 4: Kigali City Tour – Departure
You will have your Kigali city tour, which includes visiting the Genocide Memorial Centre at Gisozi, depending on when you leave and whether you were able to take advantage of the opportunity on the first day. Make your way to the airport so you can fly out.
