Detailed Itinerary.
Day 1: Transfer to Masai Mara
A Precise Destinations company representative will pick you up from your Nairobi Hotel, residence or the Nairobi airport. In your private 4 x 4 Jeep, you will journey out to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve.
Meal Plan: (Lunch, Dinner).
Accommodation Options: Mara Serena Safari Lodge, Mara Maisha Camp, Mara Sopa Lodge.
Day 2: Full Day Masai Mara Experience
We’re going to get up early to see the park’s plethora of animals, which is reputed to be the densest in the area. You can enjoy endless game drives across the golden meadows and past the characteristic acacia trees that beautify these plains on this day. Watch out for the Big Five of Africa: the lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino. There is also a plethora of birdlife, and if you happen to be here from July to October during the Great Migration, get ready to see the world’s largest animal migration. The Mara River, where hippos and crocodiles wait, is where thousands of migratory species enter the park, mostly consisting of zebras and wildebeest.
With the predators waiting in wait and the herds flowing into these regions in search of fresh grasses, there is unavoidable drama potential here. One way to enhance your Masai Mara experience is to opt for a visit to one of the nearby settlements. You may get a close-up look at the Maasai way of life and meet them there.
